1. Nature of the Program
Graphic Design Unlimited is a practical, concept-driven graphic design education program focused on:

This program is not:
- A guaranteed placement program
- A shortcut-based software course
- An instant-income scheme
We provide education, mentorship, and guidance.
Student success depends on individual effort, practice, consistency, and understanding.
2. Eligibility
By enrolling in this program, you confirm that:
- The information provided during registration is accurate and complete.
- You are legally eligible to enter into this agreement.
- If under 18 years of age, parental/guardian consent has been obtained.
- You have access to:
- A computer/laptop suitable for graphic design work
- Stable internet connection
- Required software/tools where applicable
3. Enrollment & Access
Enrollment is confirmed only after:
- Successful payment
- Verification of required details
- Acceptance by ARTEK
We reserve the right to:
- Refuse admission
- Suspend access
- Cancel enrollment
if false information, misuse, abusive behavior, piracy, or policy violations are detected.
4. Fees & Payments
- All fees are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR).
- Payments are processed securely through authorized payment gateways including Razorpay.
- Students agree to pay applicable fees according to the selected payment plan.
For installment-based enrollments:
- Payments must be completed on time.
- Delayed payments may result in temporary suspension of access.
ARTEK does not store complete debit/credit card information on its servers.
5. Refunds & Cancellations
Refunds are governed by our separate Refund Policy page.
By purchasing any course or service, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted the Refund Policy.
6. Intellectual Property Rights
All content provided by ARTEK including:

- Assignments

remains the intellectual property of ARTEK EDUCATION PRIVATE LIMITED.
Students may not:

any course material without written permission.
Unauthorized distribution may lead to:
- Permanent account termination

7. Student Conduct
Students are expected to maintain respectful and professional behavior during:

The following are prohibited:
