This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all payments made for courses, mentorship programs, workshops, and services offered by ARTEK DIGITAL through artekgdu.com.
By making a payment, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted this policy.
1. Nature of Digital Educational Services
Graphic Design Unlimited provides digital educational services, including:
- Online live classes
- Recorded sessions
- Downloadable materials
- Mentorship
- Assignments
- Learning support
Because digital learning content becomes accessible immediately after enrollment, refund eligibility is limited.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refund requests may be considered only under the following conditions:
Eligible Situations
- Before official course access is provided
- Duplicate payment made accidentally
- Technical payment failure where amount is deducted but enrollment is not processed
3. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will generally NOT be provided:
- After course access has been granted
- After attending live sessions
- After accessing downloadable content or recordings
- For dissatisfaction due to lack of practice or personal expectations
- For failure to complete assignments or course requirements
- For temporary inability to attend classes
- For software/hardware limitations at the student side
4. Cancellation by Student
Students may discontinue learning at any time.
However:
- Previously paid fees remain non-refundable.
- Pending installment dues, if any, may still remain payable according to the selected payment plan.
5. Cancellation by ARTEK
ARTEK reserves the right to suspend or terminate access without refund in cases involving:
- Piracy
- Unauthorized content sharing
- Abusive behavior
- Misuse of platforms
- Fraudulent activity
- Violation of Terms & Conditions
6. Refund Processing Timeline
Approved refunds, if applicable, are generally processed within:
- 7 to 14 working days
depending on banking and payment gateway processing timelines.
Refunds are processed only through the original payment method wherever possible.
7. Payment Gateway Charges
Transaction charges, gateway fees, taxes, or administrative charges may be deducted from approved refunds where applicable.
